This experience has proven valuable to his clients in their disputes with insurance companies, employers, and employers' representatives.
After attending the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and Springfield College, Attorney Casartello earned his Juris Doctor degree at Western New England College of Law.
He practices in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration. Attorney Casartello is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Hampden County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers.
In 2000 he received the Harriet Louise Hardy Award for outstanding service to workers in issues of health and safety. In 2003 he was named a Griffin's Friends Children's Cancer Funds' Silent Hero and also received the Massachusetts Bar Association Community Service Award.
