Louis M. Pacelli is "of counsel" to the law firm. Admitted to the Connecticut State and District Bar in 1982, he has been engaged in an active personal injury trial practice representing injured plaintiffs for motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and medical malpractice cases for over 34 years.
Attorney Pacelli obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor degree at Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. A "State Trial Referee" appointed by the Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court, he has sat and adjudicated civil matters filed in the Connecticut State Court system for over 18 years.
With expertise in Connecticut Workers' Compensation law, Attorney Pacelli was hired by the Mohegan Tribe as a consultant in the formation of their Workers' Compensation system of law which covers thousands of employees working at the Mohegan Sun Hotel and Casino venue. Since 2004, Attorney Pacelli has sat as the Mohegan Sun Workers' Compensation Commissioner, hearing both formal and informal injured workers' compensation cases.
