Patrick McHugh is a partner at PSRB and has dedicated his practice to helping people injured in motor vehicle accidents, injuries related to defective products and injuries caused by negligent medical care.  He also represents clients before the Social Security Administration as well as in civil courts.

Attorney McHugh’s extensive prior work experience as an insurance attorney and litigation claim supervisor, has given him valuable insight into the insurance business and its practices. Mr. McHugh’s understanding of insurance company objectives and methods of evaluating claims enable him to represent his client’s interests effectively and successfully and helps get them the most compensation possible.

A proficient negotiator and a focused and determined advocate, Attorney McHugh is adept at getting to the heart of the matter and resolving many of his clients’ claims quickly.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Merrimack College and his Juris Doctor degree at the Massachusetts School of Law. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Attorney McHugh is admitted to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts.
